Wedding at the Sea Ranch Lodge in Northern California // Norcal delivered its moody and misty dreaminess at this intimate cliffside wedding at the local architectural gem that is Sea Ranch Lodge. The fog rolled in over the treetops and rest itself upon the cliffside, creating mood amidst an already dramatic landscape. It provided a stillness, which inspired a sense of introspection, reflection, and nostalgia. It was the perfect setting for this intimate celebration.
Both Jessie + Dan work in the creative and art industries, and pieces of their brilliance was evident throughout their day. From the choice architecture of the Sea Lodge, the hand picked tiki mugs designated for each guest, the signage, and the coolest tiki lounge designed by Jessie herself; their wedding was a true embodiment of themselves and honored whom they love.
Their intention was set on an intimate celebration that was more about their friends and families being together as opposed to making it all about themselves. With that, stringing together the visual narrative of their wedding story was aimed on the love amongst and the moments in-between, with editorial vibes and a stage-less, non-typical wedding experience. Mix these intentions with a sweet mother-son first look, a “champagned” ceremony, and friends and family lodged together on the moodiest, epic coastline, and that’s the recipe for Jessie + Dan’s perfect intimate wedding celebration.
