Maternity Session in Mid Century Home in Los Angeles // We connected with Caroline and Dave four or five years ago out in the desert for both their engagement session and intimate wedding (check it out here), and we’ve been fortunate enough to document their connection ever since. When they told us they were pregnant and wanted a maternity session in their home mid-century inspired home, we couldn’t be more excited. Caroline is a designer at Tesla and Dave works at Space X. Connect the dots a bit and you’ll find that these two have impeccable taste in design and architecture. Their home was tastefully curated, and much of the architecture was designed and mostly built by these two. You can definitely call them a bad ass power couple.

We spent the evening lounging around every nook inside and outside of their home, talking about what life with a newborn was like (we had just had our first baby about 6 months prior) and what was to come on our journeys with a baby ahead. This was an evening we would continue to look forward to and repeat again and again.
